With a combined 40 years of commercial, military, and federal aviation experience, I bring safety, tactics, techniques, and procedures to my flights and business. I am a retired U.S. Army Aviation Chief Warrant Officer 4 with numerous combat deployments and overseas assignments.

I have had the privilege of collaborating with foreign partners who have opened my views to foreign operations and tactics which assist me in flying overseas with my sUAS. I currently work for the Department of State as the Chief of Aviation Safety and utilize government-owned sUAS for accident investigations and scene recreations. With this experience, I formed FLYNOE (Fly Nap Of Earth) Unmanned Aircraft System Services (UASS). 

I provide aerial filming services commercially and pro-bono flight training and law-enforcement support to local and federal law enforcement organizations in my free time. When I retire in a few years, FLYNOE will be my entertainment and daily job (not really a job) which keeps me both entertained and provides services to our local community.
